The origin of our Langhe Nebbiolo comes from an odd individual named Don Graneris, a priest who lived in our village at the beginning of the 20th Century: he was famous for his long dress, his foul temper, his strictness but also for the innovations that he introduced in agricolture and in the world of wine. From some vineyard which in the past were of the parish come the grapes used for producing our Langhe Nebbiolo: a wine that is not appreciated immediately, but a wine which needs time to express all its extraordinary characteristics.

THE WINE
“Don Graneris” is a wine into which the sensory and olfactory characteristics of young Nebbiolo are mostly espressed. A beautiful bouquet of violets and spices, full body, complex but well-rounded wine.
