VINIFICATION
The grapes are harvested in the first tenth days of September. Fermentation for about 15 days in stainless-steel container and ageing in stainless steel.
THE WINE
Dolcetto d’Alba is the wine of the Langhe families, a good everyday wine, fresh and fruity but complex at the same time. A vinous aroma and fruity taste, dry with a full body and a pleasant touch of bitterness.
